Rubber is a highly flexible, woven sheath made of polyester and polyethylene that provides superior abrasion resistance for hoses and pipe applications. It makes it resistant to heat and moisture. It provides shrinkage of up to 2:1 of the original size, allowing HanShrink to adapt to a variety of diameters and sizes.
The heat shrink design adheres tightly to the component with a minimum shrink temperature of +90°C and a maximum full recovery temperature of +150°C. HanShrink can be easily cut with industrial cutting equipment. And it is primarily designed to provide mechanical wear protection for components such as rubber hoses, plastic conduits, and wiring harness wiring harnesses in the automotive industry.
